About the Foundation
Swan Lake Education is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting schools and educators in building effective systems that improve outcomes for all students. The foundation works to promote sustainable practices that strengthen academic, behavioral, and social supports within schools.
Through collaboration with educators, school leaders, and community partners, we seek to help schools create learning environments where every student can succeed.

Schools across the country are working to support students with increasingly complex academic and behavioral needs. However, many schools lack the resources and structured systems necessary to implement effective, schoolwide support models.
Swan Lake Education works to bridge this gap by helping schools adopt evidence-based frameworks that promote positive school climates, strengthen instruction, and support student success.
